First, a little bit about me and why I created this blog. Over the past year or so I have found myself slowly but surely broadening my list of sources of free stuff available on the internet. It started out slowly. I would go to a few trusted sites over and over again that offered various, ever changing freebies. Then, encouraged by my success, I signed up for some "points" type websites where I have made a significant amount of monetary prizes after signing up and following the program's requirements. These points type websites usually offer prizes in the form of free gift cards for well-known merchants.
As I have gained more success and more free stuff, I have really begun to pride myself on my ability to seek out free samples, free offers, free trials, and free coupons! Hooray! Who doesn't like that? And buoyed by this success I now feel comfortable sharing this information with friends and family and others out there who love free stuff too!
One of the things I have found through trial and error is to set up a dedicated, free email address (sites such as hotmail or yahoo offer these types of email addresses). Use this email address only for the free offers you sign up for. That way you won’t clog your regular email address with spam or solicitations from the merchants you signed up with. Another encouraging thing I found is that, even though I have all this free stuff sent to my home address, I definitely have NOT seen an increase in the junk mail I receive via snail mail. Whew, who wants more trash to be put into landfills, huh?
